My services are individual psychotherapy with teens, adults, and adults 65+. I provide video and phone sessions.

I have experience in working with various issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues (marital, premarital, peer, sibling), grief, life transitions, trauma, stress, self-esteem issues, racial identity and coping skills.

Fees

I accept Lyra and all major insurance providers. I also accept check, Zelle, or credit card. Please inquire about whether I accept your specific insurance. Please inquire about specific rates.
